Saint's Day

It was a public holiday on saturday. The finnish will pray and commemorate the deaths on this day.

Anyway, Martti and Liisa picked us up at 1. They brought us to the outskirt of Lappeenraanta for a walk XD



Reached this shelter and saw two finnish women barbecuing. One of them was so engrossed in talking that she didn't realised that her sausage dropped into the ashes. In the end, she only managed to save half of it.

While they are barbecuing, we had our little picnic. We had hot berries juice and chocolate cookies !

Went to their house after the walk.

They hanged the CDs above their berries so as to keep the birds away and not eat their berries.

Liisa lent me extra sock to wear so i wouldn't feel cold. I LIKE THE SOCK. IT"S RED

Their kitchen is under renovation yet they are able to prepare such a feast for us !

Watch the television and relax for awhile.

Had cake and coffee for teabreak.

All i could say is: They love feeding us !

oh ya ! they gave us this reflectors and we are supposed to click it onto our coat. When you walked outside in the dark, you have to let this reflector swing on your right side of your leg so that the cars and cyclist can see you .
Random : I miss the sun but not the heat. hahaha !
Over here, sun rise at 10, sun set at 4 in the afternoon =(
